WE PROVIDE long-term solutions to immediate staffing problems and have been doing so in the communications infrastructure industry for more than 30 years.

OUR FOCUS has evolved in anticipation of the changing needs of our client companies who are designing, manufacturing, and selling communications technology. Our core competency is supporting the components and systems manufacturers in the electronic and wireline industries. In response to changing technology, several years ago we expanded our expertise to include RF and microwave wireless equipment and technology. We now can provide additional competency in the growing areas where the convergence of the existing public wireline networks technology is merging with new wireless infrastructure technologies.

OUR OBJECTIVE is to service our clients with qualified candidates who are effecting growth in their industries. We have invested years in developing and nurturing an expansive network of communication technology. The candidates with whom we are associated are challenged and excited by their current employment, yet open to new opportunities which will grow them both personally and professionally.

OUR ROLE is to liaison between candidates and hiring authorities and to provide both with a professional informational resource for industry trends and the employment process. We place priority on understanding the needs and motivations of both the employer and the candidate. We facilitate the process of bringing together people and companies who can mutually benefit from each other. This process starts with an introduction and continues well after the placement is made.
