Responsibilities Will Include:

A high-energy professional with a strong sales background and technical savvy will manage the region’s activities. Covering the mid-west from the Rockies to Appalachia from a home based office; the RSM will ensure the four field sales people are a cohesive team and that all processes run smoothly throughout the region.

A good deal of focus efforts will be on OEMs, telematics, the M2M market. Work with these customers to develop and integrate custom solutions, support engineering development with relevant design input, establish relationships with all market channels to increase market share, develop and achieve sales targets in support of forecasted operating plan and manage / direct the regional independent representative organization.

Requirements:

1. A BSEE degree or equivalent technical knowledge with a business degree
2. A demonstrated ability of executive and strategic selling skills
3. Five years minimum technical sales (i.e. RF products, embedded antennas)
4. Success at developing new accounts while consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
5. At least two years managing others; field sales and channel partners
6. Planning and organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. The ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
