Responsibilities Will Include:

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, sales engineering professional; a hunter with four to six years of technical sales experience. The Regional Sales Manager in the Southwest will be responsible for selling new products to current customers and prospecting new customers and projects in the carrier, systems integrators and in-building wireless market.

Requirements:

Top candidates will have;
- A BSEE,
- Technical strength in RF antennas and antenna system design,
- Familiarity with FCC rules and regulations,
- Success in account management and development, including sales in the cellular and PCS markets,
- The ability to travel extensively in assigned region
- Previous customer experience (with Nextel, Verizon and other major carriers,)
- Sales presentation experience including attendance at trade shows,
- Home office, preferably in Texas or Arizona,
- Active awareness of the competitive challenges and the state of the art product lines in the market,
- Comfort and ability to communicate well with both engineers and high-level management.

Salary Range :

125k to 135 package
