Client Description:

Our client is a well-known, technical leader in the design and manufacture of interconnect components including RF coaxial connectors and cable assemblies with a leading edge, patented technology that has application in the defense, medical, automotive, and telecom markets.

Responsibilities Will Include:

The Regional Account Manager will maintain and develop - from a home office - the expanding 10 million dollar 8 state Central Region by interfacing directly with key customers as well as managing and supporting the manufacturers’ representatives in the region.

In this position you will have an opportunity to work directly with the customers on introduction of new products, plan for future product requirements, connect with the company’s design engineers in projecting future product development, requirements, creative positioning. Additionally the regional manager with nurture and develop the existing manufacturers’ reps. The key personal ingredient is the ability to be self managed and the creative attitude of anticipating marketing and technology trends for the client company’s products.

This region is one of several that the client has earmarked for growth, and the regional manager who captures the eye of the company because of the territory’s management could be career positioned for opportunity for broader management in the region and in the US.

Requirements:

Successful history of account management & development within the marketplace-

Experience selling RF interconnects &/or related hardware products-

Experience working with and providing support to manufactures representative firms-

BSEE preferred, will consider commensurate work experience-

Top Candidates will have direct knowledge of RF connectors, cables, cable assemblies & accessories-

Familiarity with the Central Region of the USA (i.e. IL, WI, MN, OH, MI, KY, W. PA)
