Client Description:

A provider of RF solutions to multiple markets seeks a knowledgeable impact player to grow both their cellular component and emerging RFID businesses.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Covering all of North American, this sales and business development role requires a high-energy person to take ownership of market forecasting and budgeting, recognizing the opportunities that emerge as the semiconductor technology, wireless, and RFID markets combine. This person will develop relationships with executives at key accounts and channel partners and manage the distribution network.

Responsibilities will be to identify and qualify opportunities, as well as maintain a detailed accounting of progress toward these targeted opportunities, create detailed strategic account plans, prepare proposals, price quotations, and associated customer presentations. Interaction with various departments will ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood, resolving customer problems when necessary.

A weekly summary of work performed and open tasks is expected. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

·BSEE
·MUST HAVE- Experience with hardware & software in semiconductors, wireless, and RFID technology.
·MUST HAVE- Direct experience in sales to OEMs, VARs, and Distributors.
·Experience in the sale of system integration to the targeted market through channel partnerships.
·Successful history as an individual producer well beyond established quotas.
·A background in leadership skills also is desirable to allow for future responsibilities.

Salary Range :

to 150K split incentive 60/40
