Responsibilities
Will Include:
Reporting to the Eastern Regional Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manger for the Southeast is responsible for development of the region - managing the manufacturer’s representatives in the area, and the growing the sales volume. Prime candidates bring a solid understanding of our client’s product and value, as well as a well-balanced experience in the targeted industrial markets – sales relationships within the defense market are necessary.
Expectations bullets:
• Provide feedback on additional resources needed to further penetrate the region.
• Bring new relationships in the wireless and optic connectivity markets.
• Identify ‘outside the box’ niche business opportunities.
Requirements:
Required bullets:
• Successful sales record meeting aggressive quotas - 5+ years.
• Successful relationships with external sales people (Mfg Reps) - 3+ years
• Experience with the sales of RF sub-system components to defense OEMs, aerospace, telecomm and industrial markets (industrial military market manufacturers) - 3+ years.
• A background in RF & Microwave (antennas, connectors, cable, wireless hardware)
• Home office located between Atlanta, GA and Melbourne, FL
• BSEE - 4 yr technical degree or business degree with technical experience.
Location MUST be in the southeast, no relocation package provided.
