Client Description:

The foundation of a successful leader in RF communication’s infrastructure hardware is to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting requirements through quality control and quality assurance.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Expectations & Responsibilities are to:
· Meet and exceed customer requirements – both internal and external - through quality control and quality assurance activities.
· Apply sound process and quality-engineering techniques to drive continual cost reduction and improved customer satisfaction.
· Lead process improvement teams in both manufacturing and administrative areas.
· Lead corrective and preventive action processes (corrective actions, internal auditing, failure analysis, statistical process control, quality improvement plans, etc.)
· Communicate well with customers, suppliers and internal groups required.

Requirements:

Requirements:
· BS in engineering.
· Experience in a quality or process engineering role, 3 yrs min.
· Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and certified quality auditor (CQA) preferred.
· Expertise in ISO9000, AS9100 and ISO14001 preferred.
· Technical knowledge, including RF and electrical engineering basics preferred.
· Facilitation, team-development skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Customer facing experience a MUST.

Salary Range :

60,000 - 70,000
