Client Description:

Our client is a European based early stage company that has created a unique product and market position in the RTLS market. Using a patent technology, this company’s software platform and RFID enabling transmission technology allows for real time, location aware, 3D accuracy.

The anticipated dynamic growth of the company, successfully managed by this person, will lead to the establishment of a North American operation and the will put the person in line for eventually becoming the CEO.

Responsibilities Will Include:

In order to best grow its position in the United States, the company is seeking an impact executive who has had direct experience in creating and successfully driving strategic partnership sales. The mission critical experience will be for the chosen candidate to know the requirements for negotiating the OEM and VAR partnerships that will drive the company’s expansion in North America through early adopters to sustainable relationships.

In action, this VP will be setting the standards, creating the market, and positioning this company into full operations presence in the RTLS vertical.

The company already has more than 100 worldwide customers who are rolling out the product in areas such as logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare, security, and military.

Requirements:

Because of the company’s aggressive positioning in North America, we seek a recognized person known at the CxO level and whose technical knowledge of the RTLS/RFID landscape will require a very little learning curve.

This potentially is a virtual office / home office situation and it is critical that the top candidates for this opportunity have an entrepreneurial attitude in developing the market, and have a successful track record of consultative selling hardware, software, or systems to major OEMs.
