Responsibilities Will Include:

The new RF Product Group Manager will establish and develop their role within the company. Working in concert with engineering, sales, and R&D technical materials and marketing strategies will be coordinated and developed, several key new products will be launched, and the company’s passive components business unit will be developed and expanded throughout North America and Central America.

A key personality element in the chosen candidate will be direct and verifiable experience in improving communication and cooperation between all the internal factors related to product development and launch. This then becomes a full cradle to grave Product Line Management responsibility with the expectation if adding million to million in new sales to the company’s market.

Requirements:

MUST have held a Senior Management role in RF products or wireless carrier.

MUST have a successful background in Product Management.

MUST have a strong technical understanding of RF and HF wireless technology.

A background in Engineering is preferred. 5 – 10 yrs

Experience related to RF/HF hardware technical products will be considered

A background in Sales & Marketing is preferred. 5 yrs

Successful product launches with a diversification of product knowledge, including technical marketing, sales operations, logistics planning, budget planning, and understanding of vendor & production planning.
