Our client is a world leader in infrastructure hardware for RF communications. Recent expansion of the company’s product lines and growth within the defense market’s requirements for high quality interconnect RF products has provide added incentive for this company to gain a larger portion of the assigned region.
Responsibilities
Will Include:
The Regional Account Manager will work independently from a home office with a primary focus on the defense, aerospace, and industrial markets. This person will require a technical sales aptitude relative to the product lines and technical solutions for the targeted customer base. A highly energized “hunter’s” attitude for sales opportunities and a strong technical sales presence are the desired characteristics to ensure the company's success in developing the regional area.
Requirements:
Experience in business development within the targeted markets and with independent responsibilities is required. A technical degree is preferred; especially with RF interconnect products, testing equipment, and solutions.
Requirements:
BA or BSEE with qualifying experience minimum,
proven industry & technical knowledge with 3-4 years sales experience,
experience managing a territory, accounts and alternate sales channels,
excellent communication and organizational skills,
ability to multi-task,
proficient in Microsoft Office.
Technology:
The company’s products are highly engineered RF interconnect designs so the ability to talk about technical solutions while in front of the customer will be an important factor in being considered for this position. The account manager will have direct contact with the design engineering team and must have had experience in translating customer requirements for RF solutions to engineering teams.

Technical degree preferred; RF area
Salary
Range :
to 130,000 and up
