Client Description:

This leading manufacturer of passive RF components is expanding its presence with the wireless carriers – Tier 1 and Tier 2. This client has developed a technically strong competitive product in this market and has for the past several years nipped away at the market share of its more traditionally established competitors. Building on the success generated with trials and installations over the past several years, the company is now poised to expand its offerings and garner more business from the major wireless carriers and general contractors.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Opening new relationships with carriers, general contractors, installers in order to gain more market penetration of its expanding product lines. Meetings with engineering decision makers, purchasers, and key decision makers in the customer base will be required. Also flexibility will be needed to working with the field installers and engineering teams to help introduce and train on the company’s new products.

Requirements:

Experience selling directly to Tier 1 and Tier 2 wireless carriers within the NC to MD area. A track record of success in new product introduction. Ability to travel as required throughout the region and to maintain a home office. Direct experience in selling RF hardware products (not software or services) is required.

Technology:

RF passive hardware (cables, connectors, multiplexers, combiners, antenna, power amplifiers)

Education:

Technical degree preferred but significant experience will be considered without a degree

Salary Range :

Quota target to 140,000
