Client Description:

Our client is a world leader in designing and manufacturing internal antenna for RF hand-held devices. The company’s patent IP has placed its continued engineering ability at the cutting edge of products in this market.

Responsibilities Will Include:

The Director of Engineering will provide product and team leadership to the current expansion of its products lines for the RF market. Leadership in project engineering, design efficiency, forecasting, and prioritizing will be some of the key leadership attributes required in this position.

Requirements:

Candidates for this position must have had direct experience in RF antenna design, primarily with internal/embedded types. Because of the multi-level projects currently going on within the company, direct experience in similar type of fast pace environment will be required. The director will be tasked with managing the customers’ requirements and ensuring deliverables. This will require strong communication skills in addition to the direct engineering experience expected from the person in the position as the central antenna expert.
