Responsibilities Will Include:

Skillfully manage the “Back Office” groups and processes to meet the demand creation of the “Front Office” groups.

A competitive edge will maintained and improved through management of operations - manufacturing and logistics - producing products and directing activities to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

Responsibility will be for quality assurance, environmental and manufacturing engineering within North America, maintenance of and safety within the local facility, and design, development, improvement of products and processes.

Our Operations Manager – a proven leader with the ability to get results - will have a technical degree backed up by a decade of experience in electronics manufacturing, career advancement illustrating increasing responsibility in process-oriented operations, and experience within a multinational company using manufacturing based technology, running order fulfilment, and multi-site logistics supply chain.

Requirements:

•Technical Bachelor degree required.
•Understanding of RF Technology
10+ years experience in process-oriented manufacturing operations.
•5 + years experience managing a significant size manufacturing operation.
•Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes and principles.
•Experience of running order fulfilment and logistics supply chain within a multinational company.
•Proven experience in managing multi site logistics flow and control to the supply chain
•Experience of working in the North American Business culture for a Global company
•A complete understanding of ERP systems and preferably BaaN
•Technical skills in engineering and manufacturing management and quality assurance.
•Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
•Ability to relocate to central New England
